A true southerner, Erica was born in Alabama. Her father was in the military, and transferred to the Fort Gordon base in Augusta, GA in 1980. In 1982, her family purchased a home in South Carolina. She was raised in the CSRA (Central Savannah River Area). Erica has been in real estate for 9 years, serving buyers and sellers. She has the experience it takes to work with her clients - from buying a home already built, a new construction home, or listing a home to get ready for life's next adventure.
