The Richardson Group has been serving Hilton Head Island and the Lowcountry since 1955 - long before a bridge connected the Island to the mainland. Our founder Norris Richardson was instrumental in developing the Island's master plan. He and his son JR Richardson, now broker in charge of the Richardson Group, dedicated much of their lives to helping develop the area, while protecting the natural beauty for which it's known.
Currently, our agents share 150 years of local residency, along with a deep commitment to the people and places that make the area unique.

Services
My family has been a part of this wonderful island for many years.
My Father and Mother, Norris & Lois Richardson, moved our family to Hilton Head in 1955 where they built the island's first grocery store, before the bridge.
Much has changed since the Richardson family first hung its shingle, and we should all be proud of the community Hilton Head Island has become.
I know I am.
My career in the real estate business was shaped by Charles Fraser, who is the modern-day founder of the island.
While I have done much in the business, Windmill Harbour has always had a special place in my heart.

Just beyond the tree line of the main road, awaits an oasis of communities woven into landscaped golf courses, never-ending bike paths, and breathtaking seaside views.
Hilton Head is more than the small island that it appears to be, it's a collaborative neighborhood of locals who love the island life.
Every community is a collage of art galleries, commerce, and restaurants surrounded by moss-draped oak trees.
Overlooking tranquility of the May River waterway is the town of Bluffton.
Much like the laughter shared between friends, the easygoing nature of Bluffton is infectious.
