Bert Sibley Real Estate
Enjoy access to the mountain ranges, canyons, national forests, red rock cliffs, desert, mesas, lakes, skiing, hiking. My wife Mary and I have lived on the Western Slope for 13 years, and we are a knowledgeable RE/MAX Mountain West team. Lovely and cozy Adobe house on 34 plus acres with awesome views of the Grand Mesa, West Elk Wilderness and The Ragged Mountain range.

Remodeled in 2016, this home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 bath. Organic practices used on the property for decades. Fenced pasture with loafing sheds. RV sewer and electric hookups. Roger's Mesa domestic water tap and generous shares of Fire Mountain Canal and Reservoir Company irrigation water. This is a functioning hemp farm. Come take a look. Bert Sibley is hands down the best realtor I have ever had the privilege of knowing!

He is so accommodating and works his tail off until you are happy. We had a great experience buying a house with Bert, which is why I refer him to everybody! He goes the extra mile, and that's why he's the best!
Services
My wife Mary and I have lived on the Western Slope for 10 years.
Originally from Florida, we are very proud that our entire family currently calls Colorado home, dating back to 1971.
We are a knowledgeable team that consists of myself and my wife Mary.
We are very passionate about the Western Slope.
From Crested Butte to Cedaredge and in-between, we enjoy the convenience of access to the different mountain ranges, canyons, national forests, red rock cliffs, desert, mesa's, lakes, skiing, hiking and all the immense activities offered to us this side of the divide.
Those who are lucky enough to grow up in, or stumble upon Delta County, are able to appreciate just how fortunate we really are to call this side of the Divide home.
In our opinions there really is no other part of this state that is as centrally located to all of the immense amenities this state has to offer.
We are surrounded by mountain ranges (the West Elks, the Raggeds, the Uncompahgre and the gorgeous San Juans); great mesas (Grand Mesa, Blue Mesa); canyons (Black Canyon, Escalante and Dominguez Canyons); hot springs (Glenwood and Ouray); ski resorts, Powderhorn, Telluride, Aspen, Beaver Creek, Vail, Crested Butte, National Forests (Gunnison, Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre).
The Surface Creek area is the area that starts on your ascent to the beautiful Grand Mesa National Forest.
This area below the Grand Mesa consists of Cedaredge and Orchard City which consists of Eckert, Cory, and Austin.
Quiet and community centered, it is well sought after by retirees, and working class citizens that want a healthier lifestyle than what a busy city has to offer, with more land for all their recreational purposes.
It offers easy access to the Grand Mesa, and all the adventures that abound in our National Forest.
