I am engaged in the life of a Realtor and the outcome of my efforts is evidenced by the satisfaction of my customers. I realize that you are a successful "mover and shaker", able to make decisions, whose spare time is limited and valuable, and that you value quality work. In the real estate business, knowledge is power. As a member of the Realtor Association of Manatee and Sarasota I have unlimited access to data and information needed to help me stay in front of the market trends.

The benefit of this is obvious. The questions are always free, the answers hold immeasurable value. The process of buying a home can be overwhelming at times, but you don't need to go through it alone. Download this free guide with buying tips. It's difficult to know when is the best time to sell, or how to get the most money for your house, but you don't need to go through the process alone.

Services
All the classic charm that is Florida is what you find West of the Trail in Sarasota, Florida.
The designation simply means most of the homes that lie west of Highway 41, which runs north and south through Sarasota, and is named Tamiami Trail.
Large, and often luxurious homes situated in well maintained neighborhoods, offering the ease and access to downtown living within a few minutes of the Gulf make anything west of the trail highly desirable.
Many of these homes are situated on the water with views of Sarasota Bay and the Intracoastal Waterway.
The original settlement that became the city of Sarasota is home to McClellan Park.
Built in the 1920s, this older neighborhood maintains the old Florida charm as it welcomes you with winding, shady streets.
A wealth of history tells a tale of a neighborhood just blocks from the bay originally billed as the "Garden Spot."
The neighborhood is architecturally interesting as it spans many decades of development, which is reflected in its diverse offerings.
Why Use a REALTOR?
Only Sales Representatives who are licensed members of organized real estate (National Association of REALTORS) can say they are REALTORS.
Only they are held in a high code of ethical, professional conduct and have access to their market data to provide their clients with the most current information to guide you confidently through the buying and selling process of real estate.
A REALTOR will also become a member of your regional real estate Multiple Listing Service and provide you with a current and complete listing of your property, or many options for you to choose from for your future home.
Many of our customers and clients come from out of town, and it is especially important that you find the most knowledgeable Realtor for the job.
You are why I specialize in helping people who are relocating to the greater Sarasota area, and in particular, homes West of the Trail.
I am very knowledgeable with the process of buying a home in an area where you have never owned, and in some cases, have only visited 3 or 4 times.
This includes retirees, first-time-home buyers, people who are downsizing, investors, and vacation home seekers.
The financial benefits of buying a home versus renting one are always up for debate.
However, one element of the equation is often ignored - the ability to build wealth as a homeowner.
According to the latest research from the National Association of Realtors (NAR): Homeownership is a key pathway.
There's a well-known economic theory - the law of supply and demand - that explains what's happening with prices in the current real estate market.
Put simply, when demand for an item is high, prices rise.
