Living in such a transitory region, finding Realtors who have such a long standing history here in Sarasota County isn't easy. The Pitts Legacy Team is made up of Lauden Pitts and his two sons, Hansel Pitts and Greg Pitts. We've been first hand witnesses to the growth of this area as it has become such a wonderful community. That's because our family played a part in shaping what exists here today.

CE Pitts, Lauden's father, began developing residential real estate here in the 1960's and that torch was passed on to Lauden in the late 1970's who was then joined by Hansel in the early 90's and Greg in 2013. Lauden and Hansel are both graduates of the University of Alabama. Lauden received a degree in Business Administration in 1962 and Hansel graduated in 1991 with a degree in Corporate Finance and Investment Management.

Taking a much less conventional track, Greg pursued a degree in Theatre Arts from the University of South Florida, graduating in 1992. Hansel was quick to jump into real estate as an associate with his father Lauden's firm and earned his own brokers license in 1994.
