Adler Development, based in Edison, N.J., is a full-service real estate development firm with a portfolio that extends from Bergen to Burlington counties. Our combined holdings, built over our 50-plus-year history, comprise nearly two million square feet of warehouse, office, and flex space, as well as 800 apartment units. With a focus on service and sustainable development practices our expertise are in the areas of new development, brownfield re-development, renovation of existing properties and LEED certification.

We are proud of our long history and strong commitment to our tenants; in fact, we still own and manage our first development property.
Our company got its start in 1963, after founder, Bernie Adler, who had been involved in developing home subdivisions turned to commercial real estate management and development.
He formed B&A Construction and purchased a parcel in Parsippany, NJ to build a 29-unit garden apartment community.
Over the next few years, his construction company expanded into shopping centers, and in the early 1970s, he formed Readington Associates.
Between 1996 and 2003, Bernie Adler's sons Joshua, Matthew, and Seth Adler joined the company as they each graduated college, combining their fresh perspectives with the core values of service and quality established by their father.
As a result, Adler Development has achieved significant growth, tripling its portfolio over the years.
Bernie Adler graduated from Ohio University with a BS in engineering in 1960, and in 1963 started his first company, B&A Construction.
Through the decades, he transformed his firm into Adler Development, to reflect his expanded capabilities in commercial real estate development, management and leasing.

Take the parkway South to exit 129/127 (440/287); this exit is also marked for the NJ Turnpike, stay to the right.
Take Industrial Ave to the second light, bear right onto Parkway Place and continue to the light.
160 Raritan Center Parkway is the 3rd building on the right, use the 2nd Driveway for Adler Development (Unit 20).
Take the GSP North across the Driscoll Bridge, stay to the right and follow signs for 440/287 North.
As you follow the exit ramp off the Parkway towards 287 stay to the right, watch for signs for Riverside Dr. /Industrial Ave, Raritan Center; take this exit.
