We are one of Atlanta's oldest real estate firms. Our founder, Irving J. Kapplin, and his business partner, William L. Bennett, were pillars of Atlanta's real estate community until their retirement. Upon his retirement, Mr. Kapplin sold the business to the Carden family, who have operated it since. Three generations of the family have acted as agents for the Atlanta business community.
