SUZANNE M. SCHNEIDER is a native of Michigan and a graduate of the University of Minnesota, Minneapolis MN. She embarked on her career in commercial real estate as a property manager in Lincoln NE, where she earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation and accepted a partnership in one of eastern Nebraska's largest commercial real estate firms.
After relocating to Massachusetts, Ms. Schneider managed office and residential properties throughout the greater Boston area, including for the Nelson Companies and its one million square-foot office park at Prospect Hill in Waltham MA. In 1997 Ms. Schneider founded and served as president of The Mega Group, specializing in sales and leasing of commercial properties.
Her client list over time encompassed properties throughout Essex County. A past president of North Shore Women in Business, she also served for ten years on the board of the North Shore Chamber of Commerce. In 2015 Suzanne sold The Mega Group to Brian DApice & Associates LLC and continues with the company in a consulting capacity.
