KWAOR normally offers a wide variety of classes in our classroom at 2240 South County Trail, in partnership with the Rhode Island Association of REALTORS(RIAR) and the Rhode Island School of Real Estate. Enrollment is limited and registration is required. Due to the pandemic, all classes are now online-check with RIAR or the Rhode Island School of Real Estate for current offerings.

All members of the Kent Washington Association of Realtors are members of the NAR and are entitled to use the designation REALTOR.
Joining Kent Washington Association of REALTORS (KWAOR) as a REALTOR member is easy!
Just complete and submit the membership application along with the one-time $100 application fee and appropriate dues.
As part of the Three Way Agreement with the National Association of REALTORS, we are required to collect Local, State and National dues.
Once your application and payment have been received and processed, you'll be granted Provisional membership status.

Our first Habitat for Humanity build for 2021 was a success!
They gave their time and energy to make window joists and construct walls, which will be placed at the home site at a later date.
KWAOR is proud to support Habitat for Humanity and thanks all of the participants for their help!
