Most properties REQUIRE no less than 30 day approval period once an application for rental is submitted.
There is also no guarantee of approval if an application is received less than 30 days prior to your arrival date.
If you are applying less than 30 days prior to your arrival, please ask your agent first.
A $3.00 per day ($5.00 for June, July and August) electric fee for the term of the lease will be deducted from tenant's security deposit.
Pets are usually not permitted, however, there are some buildings that will allow pets with the owner's approval.

St. Lueie Blvd.
Turn right onto Pt.
St. Lucie Blvd, then right onto US-1.
Make a left on Jensen Beach Blvd.
At the first traffic circle (at the railroad tracks), go 3/4 around to Pineapple Ave (North).
At the next traffic circle go 1/2 around (East) then across the Jensen Beach Causeway.
When you come to the roundabout (A1A-Ocean Drive), make a left and we are approximately 1 mile on your left, in The Hutchinson Island Shoppes.
From Florida Turnpike Northbound (from the South): Take Exit 133 (SR-714), go straight onto Martin Downs Boulevard over the Palm City Bridge and follow to the first traffic light (SR-76), make a left onto SR-76 and follow to US-1.
