Millennium secured funding for the $11. M project, including $3.2M in Equity from the sale of LIHTCs, $2.5M in SSHP grant, $2.6m CHFA mortgage and $2.2M in other soft loans.
Millennium acted as development consultant, construction manager and property manager for the development.
The redevelopment plan utilized a zoning text amendment to increase the density on the site from 38 to 50 units.
