Every agent is required to donate a percentage of their commission to the charitable organization of their choice. Have a positive impact on affordable housing. Additionally, RBH donates a minimum of 5% of its profits to charities that have a positive impact on affordable housing, such as Habitat for Humanity or other not-for-profit organizations that assist low-income Marylanders.
RBH also works with a portfolio of investors to assist them in maximizing profits and minimizing costs using our investor discount scale. The investor discount scale is based on buying and/or selling through a business entity AND have closed a certain number of transactions in the preceding 12 months.

Ms. Devonshire also owns and operates several real estate investment companies with partners, primarily focused on rehabilitating Maryland houses, leveraging the profits from those endeavors to positively affect the affordable housing crisis in Maryland by creating safe, affordable housing for Maryland residents.
