I am pleased to introduce myself! I have been a Realtor since 1997. During my first three years in business I attended the Realtor Institute and received my GRI designation. By 1999 I sold enough real estate to be in the top 10% of my company, and I have not deviated from that position since. In fact, in 2014 I joined the President's Club with sales ranking me #4 in the company.
I work with a wide range of home buyers and sellers, from entry level homes to multi-million dollar homes. I also work with new and seasoned real estate investors. My clients live in state, out of state, and internationally as well. As a part of selling real estate, I also track trends in the market which gives me the ability to wisely advise my clients.
I have long-time established relationships with other team members involved in the real estate transaction in order to assure a smooth and successful closing. I understand the importance of building long-term relationships, and that is my goal with every transaction.
