We are a local Appleton, WI team of six (Penelope the boy cat not pictured) with a passion of helping others.
We (Amber & Tim) have journeyed different paths when it comes to real estate but decided to take it on full time in the fall of 2019.
Tim's experience comes from helping his father with projects around his childhood home at an early age, to then designing and subcontracting two homes his senior year of high school.
With a strong business background and a love of working with his hands he has always wanted to be part of real estate investing.

Removed the closet to create a small voyeur, new floors and a fun accent wall literally makes this a night and day difference.

New vanity, painted walls and shower tile, replaced the flooring, and a clean new working toilet makes it bright and not so scary.
Remove that old wallpaper, install new floors, paint every inch of the area including the fireplace and you have a fresh place to relax with the family.
