A full-time maintenance staff is available, and we offer 24-hour emergency maintenance service. Our construction company specializes in renovation and remodel for hire and has done the renovation on most of our historic properties.

Anyone 18 yrs of age and older planning to live in the unit will need to complete an application.
We require a minimum credit score and good rental history (if you have rented previously).
In some cases, we may require a co-signer for the lease.
A security deposit equal to one monhth's rent is due upon lease signing.
The first month's rent is due on the first day of the lease period.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
