I am a Certified Residential Appraiser in California and have been appraising for over 16 years. Prior to becoming an appraiser I was a Real Estate Broker for over 20 years. I am FHA approved and specialize in Single Family Residence, Condo and 2-4 unit appraisals and serve all needs including mortgage transactions, PMI removal, Divorce, Estate, Date of Death, Tax Purposes, Pre Listing.

I also perform REO appraisals and loan modifications/short sales. I provide services in Ventura County and Los Angeles County with quality valuations and in a timely manner while keeping you updated on the status and with any unforeseen delays. Please feel free to call me with any questions you may have. In some instances a traditional full appraisal is not necessary to obtain a value estimate.

I have a cost saving product which provides a desktop appraisal (no inspection) where these cases will work and where sufficient information can be provided to me to assist in completing the report. Situations where this might be a better alternative include pre listing value report (you don't need me to come take photos and go into detail descriptions since you already know what your house consists of) Or multi owners where one or more wish to buy the other out, and many other reasons where this might work.
