When Lou & Jeff met at Centex Homes back in the early 2000's, they shared a vision for a concept previously unseen in our business; a real estate brokerage that specialized in new home construction.
In the fall of 2012, as the industry was rebounding post-recession, New Home Experts was born - providing decades of experience with local and national builders, to an underrepresented portion of our industry: new home buyers.
In the time since, we've helped hundreds of people build their new home, expanded to Las Vegas, and are working with agents in other markets to expand further - offering more and more people an easier way to build.

He lives in Novi with his lovely wife, 2 boys, 2 dogs, and insane cat.
Jeff has been in the biz since 1999, but reads at a level of someone who's been in the biz since 1998.
He grew up in Toronto and currently lives in Huntington Woods with his wife and 2 lovely daughters, who tease him mercilessly about his silly Canadian accent.
