Kristin began her 20-year real estate career in property management, where she worked for national real estate investment trusts, overseeing 2,000 units in the Southwest Region of the United States.
During her time in that field of real estate, she worked closely with several new construction projects - peaking an interest she didn't realize she had.
In tandem with Kevin, Kristin's husband, they began picking up properties on the side, doing fix-and-flips and then, began building individual homes.
