Whether you are buying or selling, the Newton and greater Boston area market can be challenging without a friend in the business. I can help. I am a long-time resident of Newton & Needham and an award-winning realtor. Are you thinking of making a move? I'd like to hear about your real estate needs, please call 617-909-9669. Your home is not just where you live but it's a portion of your broader investment portfolio, too!
It's important for you to understand the current value and trajectory of your real estate similarly to how you would manage and track other investment accounts. While buying real estate is not rocket science it can be a bit complex at time. Real Estate Agents (like me) can simplify the process and project manage your search from start to finish. Of course I'd be happy to sit down and discuss the process of buying a home.
