The company Incorporated in Delaware in 1979, and the offices have been located at 9 E. Loockerman Street, Dover, Delaware since its inception. Our properties primarily consist of residential apartments and townhouses, as well as office buildings, all located within the City limits of Dover, Delaware.
Our goal is to provide each of our residents with a well managed, well maintained, clean, and safe place to call home. We now manage over 400 apartments and townhouses; with our management office and our own maintenance staff located in the center of Dover, we are able to respond to our residents' needs in a timely manner.

Our Application process requires each person who wants to be on the lease to fill out an application (download above) and sign for us to run a Credit Check and a Criminal Background Check.
Mail or bring your application, along with a check or money order for $50.00 application fee (per person), to Colonial Investment & Management Co., Inc. at 9 E. Loockerman Street - Suite 2-C, Dover, Delaware 19901.
The approval is based on information obtained from these reports - not debt/income ratio or pay stubs.
