At Jessica Sullivan Real Estate, our mission is to help Long Island home buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals with professional, responsive, and attentive real estate services. Born and raised in Texas, Jessica learned Southern hospitality from her grandmother, a natural social butterfly who taught her the value of nurturing thoughtful relationships.
After earning a BA in Commercial Photography from Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara, Jessica moved to San Francisco, then onto San Rafael in Marin County. With their two young children in tow, she and her husband made their way to New York to be closer to family and friends. After having her third child in 2018, Jessica realized that real estate afforded a more rewarding career, with the opportunity to help other families feel "at home" too.
Under a mentorship at EXP Realty with agent Shaughnessy Dusling, Jessica expanded her skills and knowledge. She recently received her Sellers Representative Specialist designation through NYSAR, and representing sellers has quickly become her favorite part of her job.
