Caldwell Development's home office is in Wormleysburg, Pennsylvania which is on the West Shore of Harrisburg. The second office is located in Suburban Philadelphia, West Conshohocken. Our team includes seven professionals focused on development, land acquisition, property management, leasing and finance. We have three principals/owners: Mark Caldwell, Peter Miller and Tom Porsch.

Shortly after college Mark founded and successfully operated Universal Plastics, a manufacturer of molded plastic packaging materials.
The company was sold in 1991.
Mark has been involved with commercial real estate ventures since 1989 and founded Caldwell Development in 1993.
Peter S. Miller is a graduate of Hobart College.
Peter joined Caldwell Development in 2005 to lead new business development.
Prior to joining Caldwell Development, Peter spent 16 years as Senior Associate and Principal at CMS Companies in Philadelphia.
