A 17-year veteran in the commercial real estate industry, Frank specializes in land development, retail and office leasing, and tenant representation throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania.
Born and raised in Bucks County, he has strong roots in the Bucks County office industrial, and retail markets and is a tremendous resource for his knowledge and expertise.
As a managing Principal, Frank is directly responsible for recruitment and training for the firm's Brokers, a team of 9 full and part-time Brokers, with annual transaction values over $75,000,000.
Colleen joined Green Street as an associate agent in September.
She comes with a combination of 17 years of corporate business and healthcare experience.
She received her bachelor's degree from East Stroudsburg University and a diploma of nursing from Temple University Hospital graduating with honors from both.
From intensive care nursing to research and sales training, her various experiences offer a foundation for understanding her client's business needs.
Colleen received her real estate license in 2014.
Jay Glickman joined Green Street Commercial Real Estate in February of 2019.
Jay was born and raised in Montgomery County and attended Cheltenham High School (Go Panthers!).
Jay went to The George Washington University in DC where he graduated with a degree in economics in 1990.
He then attended Saint Joseph's University and received an MBA in 1993.
Prior to coming to Green Street, Jay worked in the Healthcare field for over 25 years right on the Philadelphia/Bucks County border where he also lives.
