Mr. Siedenburg began his real estate career in 1976.
In March of 1985, Mr. Siedenburg was hired by William C. Knapp, assuming the Vice President, General Manager position of Iowa Realty Commercial Brokers, a commercial brokerage operation with 12 full time commercial brokers.
He was promoted to President of Iowa Realty's commercial division in 1990 and served in that capacity until 1994.
From 1985 - 1994 the company grew to be the State of Iowa's largest commercial brokerage operation, expanding to 33 brokers and over $100,000,000 annually in business.

A native of Des Moines, Daniel looks forward to the opportunity to continue serving his community with this career change where he will utilize his degrees in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Northern Iowa.
