Design build (pronounced as design/build, design-build, or abbreviated as D-B) is a development project delivery system in which both the construction phase and the design phase are contracted by a single entity known as the design build contractor or the design builder.

One of our experienced design consultants will meet with you via teleconference or in-person meeting to better understand and identify your goals as they relate specifically to your project idea and site conditions.
During a follow-up meeting at our office/design center, the budget and preliminary design concepts will be discussed.
Once a design service agreement is approved, members of our design team will review and examine the existing systems and infrastructure of your project.
They will take detailed measurements and photograph your property in preparation for conceptual floor plans and elevations regarding the future project.
