Considered one of the most historic cities in America, downtown Charleston is uniquely Southern in character, offering a range of historic and newer, modern homes. Bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and the ICW, the Isle of Palms and Wild Dunes have earned a reputation for being classic family-oriented beachfront communities. Pleasant offers many of the same benefits of living in Charleston: a mild year-round climate, a thriving local economy, and close proximity to nearby cities.

With close proximity to Mount Pleasant and Isle of Palms beach, Daniel Island is a popular area to live or retire. With its quiet residential neighborhoods and semi-tropical terrain, Sullivan's Island is a classic beachfront community. Often referred to as as "The Edge of America, " Folly Beach is offers an eclectic bohemian beach vibe loved by many.

We adhere to our long honored "sundown policy": We will do everything in our power to return your call or answer your question before the end of the day. When a seller's property is shown, we will report the buyer's agent's feedback with you as soon as we receive it.
