We serve communities from Jacksonville to Morehead City to New Bern, including the local outer banks. We will serve other areas in Eastern NC on a per case basis. We don't list homes for sale so there is never a "blurring of the lines" regarding who works for whom. From new buyers to experienced buyers, whether you're military, civilian or a retiree, we are dedicated to providing you with exceptional service, integrity, and reliability.
Services
A native of Miami, Florida, I met and married my Marine husband in Pensacola in 1984.
We arrived in Havelock in 1985 and I began the weekly and sometimes daily commute to East Carolina University where I received my Bachelor of Science in Communications in 1987.
We moved to Yuma Arizona in 1989 and then back to Havelock in 1991.
In 1994 we bought our first home and thus began my interest in the local housing market.
In 1998, after our oldest daughter graduated from Havelock High School and went off to college, I began to look into the possibility of getting my real estate license.
We aren't shy about expecting the best from our trusted partners.
These vendors are here because they have the same intensity we do when it comes to our clients.
In order for the buying process to be as smooth as possible, all the pieces must focus together toward the same successful end.
Of course, our clients are free to choose from a company not on this list; however, we like to offer recommendations so we can guide our clients down the smoothest path possible.
Coastal living to historic districts to typical suburbia are just a few of the examples of the wide range of communities located in our little area.
We also welcome a large military community who serve on three different local bases.
Our experience makes us experts on how to navigate each of these unique communities to best serve the interests of our clients.
This is a short list compiled of things that may not be on typical lists (THOSE ARE CRUCIAL TOO!) issued by the authorities.
It's based off my experience and the experience of those close to me.
Be patient, smart, and safe!
The mantra my girls grew up with was - better an over-prepared fool then an under-prepared fool.
1. Start running your ice maker now and bagging the ice in freezer bags.
Fill as much space between freezer items as you can.
REMEMBER - turn your freezer and refrigerator temps to a low setting and avoid opening if we lose power.
