J. Paul Morgan Jr., has been actively involved in real estate since 1975 and has been a professional real estate appraiser since 1993.
After 10 years as the Vice President of Operations for a large regional appraisal company, he founded JP Morgan & Company, Real Estate Appraisers and Consultants; a professional residential real estate appraisal company with 12 state certified appraisers completing residential assignments throughout Massachusetts.
Mr. Morgan has been qualified as an expert witness in the Massachusetts counties of Suffolk, Middlesex, and Essex.
