CEDAR CITY - The Iron County Board of Realtors delivered a $5,000 check to the Iron County Care and Share on Thursday to assist the group in helping needy families with rental expenses, such as deposits and expenditures.
Susan M. Sepe, executive officer for the board, said the money comes from a fund put together by brokers in Iron County and sponsored by the Utah Association of Realtors.
The UAR takes interest earned from earnest money and applies it to our health fund instead of just giving it back to the banks.
