Lawrence and Marcus met in 2004 and immediately became good friends.
They quickly discovered they had similar goals, business philosophies, and shared a passion for practicing real estate with a personal touch.
In 2006, they formed Mahool Nance Realtors, and every year since, no matter what the market conditions or economic challenges faced, their business has continued to grow and prosper.

Even though Lawrence is originally from Harrisonburg, Virginia, he has lived here in Charlotte since 1996 and considers himself a true Charlottean.
Lawrence attended Radford and James Madison University, both in Virginia, where he studied hospitality and tourism.
He's been selling real estate in Charlotte and surrounding areas since 2002.
He prides himself on helping his clients make great decisions and uses extreme diligence seeing them through the home buying and selling process.
Lawrence lives in the Southpark area of Charlotte, and has an awesome son named Kellen.
