The old Eagles Lodge building on 6th Street was the perfect building to renovate for them.
Alcove Development was honored to assist Panda Pediatrics with their goal.
Alcove Development is working with a great team (Midwest Health, Paul Werner Architect, Mar Lan Construction) to develop the site into a 43,000 sf Assisted Living and Memory Care facility, consisting of 35 assisted living units and 20 memory care units.
We also have residential and commercial lots available in the neighborhood.

The old Eagles Lodge building on 6th Street was the perfect building to renovate for them.

After identifying a location they liked for their expanding practice, Lawrence Eye Care Associates approached Alcove Developement to fascilitate the acquition of the building.
We, then, got them in touch with a general contractor to rehab the building and add two additional wings to the original structure.
