ORG is a successor company to Berns Properties, Inc., a real estate development and consulting firm founded by Mr. Berns in 1984. Since 1984, ORG has accumulated a diverse portfolio of real estate investment properties located in Northeast Ohio. Prior to forming ORG, Mr. Schwartz was a Senior Consultant with The Townsend Group. In 2005, ORG principals formed a separate consulting entity, dedicated exclusively to real estate and real assets investment consulting services.
