C2S Development is a private real estate investment and development company based in New Bedford, MA with a focus on residential and mixed-use property investment. We seek to acquire properties with value-add opportunity through rehabilitation, redevelopment and improved management. Tony manages C2S's construction and rehab project evaluation and execution.
He is also a co-founder of CNS Realty Group, which focuses on rehabbing single-family and small multi-family homes in southeastern Massachusetts. Kyle holds an undergraduate degree from UMass Dartmouth as well as a master's degree in healthcare informatics from Southern New Hampshire University. Mike focuses on C2S's deal evaluation, fundraising and financing efforts.
Previously, Mike spent 8 years in commercial banking with Silicon Valley Bank in Boston and London. Mike enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife, especially sailing, hiking and camping. They also explore their passion for food through catering special events and pop-up dinners.
