The Delta Association of REALTORS (D.A.R) is a non-profit organization that serves more than 900 REALTOR and Affiliate members. D.A.R. is affiliated with the California Association of REALTORS and the National Association of REALTORS, and works to provide our members with the tools they need to remain successful. Each firm must designate in writing a Designated REALTOR who will be responsible for all of the duties and obligations of licensees associated with the Designated REALTOR, including the obligation to arbitrate disputes pursuant to Article 17 of the Code of Ethics and to pay Association dues as established in the Bylaws.

The Board of Directors is an elected body of governance responsible for the overall operation of the Association, including compliance with NAR and C.A.R. mandates, enforcement of the NAR Code of Ethics, preservation of association assets, Bylaws compliance, setting local policy and actions consistent with the Association Mission Statement.
The Budget and Finance committee monitors Association finances, fiscal policies, annually recommends a budget to the Board of Directors that includes operational income and expenses as well as member service programs to be funded; provides guidance to the Board of Directors on non-budgeted items.
