Prior to that time he was associated with C.P. Merriman & George Nelson Agencies as a real estate salesman. Operated agency out of 1515 Taylor Ave. Moved into new office at 1650 Washington Avenue. Total staff including office personnel includes nine. Guy Lloyd retires from service. He is now available for consultation and special assignments, remains as the Chairman of the Board.
Agency grew to include a staff of 24 people with three principal divisions; Residential Brokerage, Property Management, and Insurance. Andrew H. Hay joined the agency. After aquiring his Real Estate License he began revitalizing the Residential Brokerage division.
