The late John T. Roohan started what is now Roohan Realty back in 1969.
John's son, J. Thomas Roohan ("Tom") earned his real estate license and joined the firm in 1979.
More than fifty years later, this family-owned and operated business is still flourishing in the city of Saratoga Springs, NY, under Tom's leadership.
The first Roohan Realty office was established at Union Avenue, then moved to Court Street with a handful of employees.
After a few years of consistent growth, the office was moved into the historic district at 48 Union Avenue.
