Our primary objective is to acquire, optimize, operate, generate cash flow during ownership, and eventually sell the properties for a profit. We plan to hold smaller multifamily properties 6-9 months before flipping, using the capital to purchase larger (5+ unit) multifamily properties that will be held a minimum of 3-5 years. Matthew Botelho and David Oliveira each have more than 10 years of professional experience in the real estate investment and flipping industry.
They are the founders and principals in several real estate investment companies and have been involved in transactions totaling more than $15 million in just the past year.
