JLS is helmed by Jonathan L Schwartz. A midwestern native, Jonathan brings a hard working attitude with unwavering ethical standards. He attended the University of Wisconsin-Stout and earned dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Tourism Management and Property Management. Prior to entering the California market he managed several 100+ unit multifamily properties in the Minneapolis Metropolitan market.
In 2012 he transitioned into Los Angeles. Until summer 2017 he led the leasing division team at a Santa Monica based property management firm which typically leased 10-20 units per month, and managed 400+ units across the city. In 2018 JLS Palms was launched as the premier boutique management, sales, and leasing solution. We envision our company as bridging the investment side of transactions with buyers and residents.
