Landmark Properties, Inc., founded in 1989, is focused on the development and leasing of multi tenant retail shopping centers, office buildings, medical office buildings, and mixed use buildings in central Indiana. Landmark Properties is a portfolio developer, building and acquiring properties for our own account rather than marketing our services to third parties.
