Stevens & Company is a full-service independent real estate appraisal firm created by Thomas G. Stevens, MAI, SRA, after a dissolution of a partnership with C. Robert White, MAI and Mr. White's interest was purchased. Our firm is a local business in downtown Missoula with strong roots in our community. We are now on to our second generation of Stevens'.
We understand the appraisal process can be stressful and we work with our clients to create a transparent and informed process. We strive to perform high quality work for our clients in a timely manner by having both residential and commercial appraisal departments.
