This course is intended for candidates who wish to pursue a license to practice real estate in the State of Missouri.
The 48 hour Salesperson Pre-Examination course will cover the material preparing the candidate for the Missouri Real Estate Commission exam, required for a professional Real estate license.
The course covers the topic of agency law, contracts, fair housing, real property, property valuation, and legal terminology.
The material for the 24 hour Missouri Real Estate Practice course has been prepared in compliance with the educational directives of the Missouri Real Estate Commission.

As a real estate professional, Continuing Education is required by the state to maintain your license.
Each Real Estate licensee who holds an active license shall complete during the two (2)-year license period prior to renewal a minimum of twelve (12) hours of real estate instruction approved for continuing education credit by the Missouri Real Estate Commission.
At least three (3) of the twelve (12) hours of approved instruction shall be taken in a course approved by the Missouri Real Estate Commission as core credit.
Each Real Estate licensee who holds an active license shall complete during the two (2)-year license period prior to renewal a minimum of twelve (12) hours of real estate instruction approved for continuing education credit by the Missouri Real Estate Commission.
