One of our motto's is "How you do anything is how you do everything." Our company will dedicate itself to everlasting education and professional growth that will make the leaders of tomorrow. After raising three wonderful daughters and seeing them flourish through Katy ISD I set my sights on learning all I could about real estate. I went from a job working with Special education students, which was very rewarding, to beginning my Real Estate career as an agent.

I excelled in assisting corporate relocation clients from around the world, and achieved my GRI, ABR and SRES. After 14 years I desired to take my career to the next level.

The Wright Real Estate Group has made it a priority to give a portion of all earnings back to the community.
We are blessed to be a part of a much larger community and have designed a program that enables us to donate a portion of funds from our commission back to one of three charities listed below when you list with us.

With every changing season, a landscape should provide a new display of colors, textures, and fragrances.
Size trees and shrubs to scale.
These should be planted in the right scale for the house so that they don't block windows, doors, and other architectural features on the home's facade.
Let them hear the water.
The sound of water appeals to buyers.
A small fountain accented with rocks provides a pleasant gurgling sound, blocks street noise, and is affordable.

With a love & passion for design from an early age & coming from a family that was always decorating, changing decor & remodeling, Julie realized a career in design was a sure fit!
She later went to school for Interior Design where she graduated with an Associates in Arts & has taken home staging courses as well.
She has assisted clients for 15 years throughout the design industry including furniture & home decor, interior material selection as well as in home building & remodeling as a designer.
It is my policy to meet with my buyers for a formal interview to assess what they require in their new home.
I don't just look for how many bedrooms and baths that are needed, but really want to know about the family's activities and lifestyles so they get the home they want for years to come.
With this interview on the front side I have found that my buyers find a home in much less time.
If the buyers do not have a preferred lender I have several lenders that have taken great care of my buyers for many years.
