Attending Nature Coast Real Estate School does not obligate you to become employed with an affiliated Real Estate Broker, nor guarantee you an interview or job with an affiliated firm.

Our Real Estate licensing courses based out of Spring Hill offers an excellent way for students in the Hernando County area to obtain Real Estate education. With two locations in Spring Hill, and several different options for class times, taking courses in Real Estate has never been easier or more convenient. Our Spring Hill Real Estate classes are available for all levels of licensing.

Whether you plan to take an introductory licensing course for the first time as a Sales Associate, wish to take your Real Estate career to the next level by earning your Broker license.

Nature Coast Real Estate School began serving the educational needs of real estate professionals in 2001.
The Business and Financial education course curriculum, combined with the state-required courses, provide a superior education demanded by today's buyers and sellers of real estate.
We have four classroom locations in Pasco and Hernando County.
Serving the central Florida cities of Brooksville, Spring Hill, Hudson, Port Richey, New Port Richey, and Land O' Lakes.
We offer classroom and online courses for Pre-Licensing of Florida Real Estate Sales Associates and Real Estate Brokers.
The principles of this course are designed to aid the aspiring real estate sales associate in successfully completing the pre-licensing course, end of course exam and state licensing exam.
Contains essential license exam review material for both salespersons and brokers in Florida.
Students will find helpful exam prep questions, relevant case studies, invaluable test-taking strategies, practice exams and specific multiple choice questions.
An intensive weekend review course developed to prepare salesperson and broker candidates for the State examination.

When do I submit my application?
The application may be sent in prior to, during or after course completion.
Applications, notarization and fingerprint cards are available at our office during regular business hours for a fee.
How do I submit my application?
You can submit your application by mail or partially online.
Submit your completed application to the state with appropriate fee.
Upon approval by the state, you may then apply to the state approved testing vendor (FL Division of Real Estate).
Please read our registration policies very carefully.
When registering for any course with Nature Coast Real Estate School, you are agreeing to abide by these policies.
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about the following policies.
Payments are refundable, less a $50 cancellation fee, for up to 10 days from date of initial payment or until student attends first class, whichever occurs first.
Thereafter, monies may be applied to a future class for up to six (6) months from date of initial payment after which time all funds will be forfeited without further notice.
