Roberta Lautrup and Bob Hingre are a husband and wife team with over 70 years of combined experience. Roberta has been a REALTOR for 43 years and Bob has been a REALTOR for 28 years. We work from Elk Grove to Auburn and from Placerville to West Sacramento. However, our primary focus and concern is Suncountry. We closed out the final phase of Suncountry by selling the last 120 homes from 1994 to 1998.
Since then, we have had the pleasure of finding homes for Sellers that are no longer able to live alone. We have helped those without a Trust to get a Trust set up. We also help those find the right care home that fits their needs. We recently joined Diez & Sigg Properties in order to devote more time and effort to help friends and clients find the right place.
