Hi my name is Erica Nunez and I am a Santa Maria native. I obtained two degrees an AA in Social and Behavioral Sciences and AA in Liberal Studies from Allan Hancock College. Being born and raised locally, I value the area to bring up a family, plus I love the Central Coast. You are close to it all within minutes of driving (beach, stores, school, camping, restaurants, local wineries, etc., you name it).
I now have a loving family of my own and couldn't be any happier to be here! I appreciate that this company respects and embraces everyone's individual freedom of work style. I joined the company over two years ago, which allowed me to grow professionally and learn so much in the electronic pathway and potential that this business has to offer. I am trilingual, being fluent in English, Spanish and French.
I am now the Transaction Manager in overseeing and reviewing all transactions into our paperless system and I also assist our agents by being the "in-house" Transaction Coordinator to ensure all documents are fully executed to BRE ethical standards.

My professional work experience encompassed engineering duties, environmental consulting, and regulation enforcement.
