Cindy and Joel Engel are 3rd generation Tri-Valley residents and for over 30 years have been helping their clients buy and sell real estate in Livermore, Pleasanton, Dublin, San Ramon, Danville, and beyond! Nicole Nicolay, their daughter, is a 4th generation Tri-Valley resident who spent 10 years as a real estate trainer and national speaker. And Barbara Benotto, a former quality and improvement manager, who enjoyed her experience buying and selling with The Engel Group so much she joined them!

Joel is President of The Engel Group and REALTOR at Compass.
He is a past president of the Real Estate Alliance of Livermore.
Joel has mentored hundreds of agents over the past 2 decades, is a leader in the community, and has been voted "Most Professional" by his peers.
Joel enjoys analyzing market trends so that he can assist his clients in making smart real estate decisions that meet their needs.
When Joel is not at his desk or with clients, he can be found making his grandkids' their favorite homemade blueberry pancakes or relaxing at home with Cindy.
Cindy is Vice President of The Engel Group, and a broker-associate at Compass.
She is certified as a Fine Homes International Specialist, as well as a Relocation Specialist.
Cindy has consistently been awarded the honor of Top Producer, but will tell you her greatest achievements are referrals from happy past clients.
Cindy enjoys learning about her clients' wants and needs, so that she can help them find more than the perfect house.but the perfect home.
When Cindy is not showcasing your home to interested buyers, she can be found swimming with her grandkids or tasting a local wine (not necessarily at the same time)!
Nicole is a mompreneur turned real estate agent!
She joined The Engel Group as a partner and sales associate after her marketing company was acquired.
Nicole spent the last decade training and speaking to over 200,000 real estate agents nationwide.
During that time she created educational programs for the National Association of Realtors, as well as for every major real estate brand.
Nicole enjoys helping her clients identify the ideal location and lifestyle they are looking for in the tri-valley, as well as educating her clients throughout their home buying and selling experience.
Robyn, a former client and proud Livermore resident, excitedly joins the Engel group this year.
She worked previously as a teacher and school administrator in several districts including the Pleasanton Unified School District.
She has over 10 years of experience in the education industry, working as both an educator and administrator.
But for the past several years she spent time at home raising her three young children.
She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business and a Master's degree in Education.
