During her time at AIP their sales team assisted with large projects including project condominium sales, such as Kamamalu & Kalapaki Villas; large subdivision sales such as Molokoa Village III, the Puhi Industrial Park and several large Amfac parcels, including the sales of Amfac Sugar Land which was over 18,000 acres; the largest land sale on Kaua'i at the time.
