MSC Real Estate Advisors (MSC) serves the residential real estate community in the areas of buying and selling, property management, and maintenance and remodeling. Traditionally, gaining access to all of these services meant hiring two or three different companies. This would undoubtedly lead to miscommunication, misinformation, and missed opportunities.

So, in 2009, MSC decided to disrupt the traditional business models by offering all of these services under one roof. We offer more than what a typical real estate agent or brokerage can provide. We assist in areas where most residential property management companies fall short. And, we take care of maintenance and remodeling more responsibly than most stand-alone operations.

Our combined offerings provide residential property owners, conservators, and investors across the Denver metro area with peace of mind, knowing that MSC is handling all of their needs efficiently and responsibly.

As an experienced real estate investor, he specializes in analyzing and structuring real estate investment deals, construction and remodeling project planning and cost/benefit analysis and all aspects of residential and commercial property management.
When a man in Ohio inherited his deceased father's home in Colorado, he had no idea what to do.
Suddenly he owned this vacant, dilapidated house 1,200 miles away that needed a lot of work but he had no experience in real estate, no connections in Colorado and no time to drop everything in his life in to deal with any of it.
And even if he did have the time, he didn't know what he should do: Rent it?
Sell it?
It was all overwhelming.
He called MSC and we immediately helped him think through his newfound problem.
When a judge appointed a Denver attorney to be the conservator for an estate that included five properties (two poorly run multi-family units, two single-family homes and a commercial building), all she knew for sure was that she needed help and plenty of it.
After all, her business was law, not real estate.
After learning about MSC from a fellow attorney who was also a former MSC client, she called us to discuss her situation.
We met with her and shared some initial ideas for the properties and made a plan.
A real estate investor who regularly buys rental properties was having trouble finding dependable advice on the Colorado market.
He knows better than most that buying the wrong property in the wrong location can cost a lot of money.
He learned about MSC and began using our consulting services.

About 5 years ago, a young couple settled in north Denver as newlyweds and began building their new life together, along the way, adding three beautiful children.

They needed to sell their home and find a new one closer to work-soon.
To complicate matters, this was all happening in a market where the inventory of homes was low: Houses were selling quickly and for top dollar.
