Continuing a trend that I've observed over the last three years, construction of new homes in Keene's Pointe continued on an upward trend during 2011.
For the year, there were 21 new homes started making this the best year since 2006 for new home construction in Keene's Pointe.
To some, 21 new home starts may not sound like a lot.
However, when you consider that this represents more than $24,000,000 in real estate sales, it's impressive.
The leader in number of homes built and sold in Keene's Pointe for 2011 is a new comer to the Keene's Pointe builder family.

While 15 homes may not seem like a lot to some, when you consider that these homes represent approximately $35,000,000 in sales volume then you might understand why Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Robert Hennen feels pretty good about his building and sales team.
When asked to comment, Hennen was quick to share the credit.
We started with a great piece of land which featured about 70 lake front lots on the Butler Chain, about 50 lots which border the 400 acre Tibet Butler Preserve, another 70 lots on beautiful Lake Burden and several signature golf courses, a beautiful clubhouse, tennis courts, pool and fitness center.

While many homebuyers continue to search for bargains among the fewer and fewer builder inventory and resale homes, 14 upscale buyers in Keene's Pointe are opting to build their dream home.
In some cases, the construction has just begun while others are nearing completion.
Regardless of where they are in the process, all are happy they made the decision to build.
Whe asked why they decided to build rather then buying an existing home, Eric and Mary Jo Wall stated, we just couldn't find the right home for us in the existing inventory.
