Award Realty began in earnest in 1988 by Floyd and Genelle Hardin in the hopes of helping people achieve the goal of home ownership.
Their daughter, Marcia Botts, although not in the family business, had always had an interest in Real Estate, and took classes for certification while living in Pennsylvania.
In 1994, Marcia came back to Cleveland, Tennessee.
Joining her parents at Award Realty, Marcia hit the ground running and quickly integrated into the community, picking up the mantle of service and ministry in the Real Estate market.
